My Darling Nelly,

Why didn’t you all come up this aft noon? I was sure you were & told the folks you were thinking at the time you were. But since you didn’t come I can remember I only wrote you to come & you didn’t say you would.

Dearest can it be that you are not well is why you didn’t come!! If I only knew you were sick I’d come to see you before I sleep. Guess your letter will come tomorrow. It seems as though it will never get here & I send puzzles with much love.
